This apparatus was previously operated as a front-line emergency vehicle and was subsequently placed in reserve status. It is being removed from service as part of the Authority’s apparatus replacement program.

The apparatus features an enclosed crew cab, side-mounted pump controls, multiple equipment compartments, hosebed, emergency lighting, scene lighting, and standard fire-service plumbing and discharges.
Condition
The apparatus is in used condition consistent with its age and fire-service history. It starts, runs, and drives. The pump is in good operating condition with a current pump test. Maintenance records are available for review to serious inquiries.
The vehicle may have scratches, fading, corrosion, dents, worn finishes, fluid seepage, and other cosmetic or mechanical wear associated with a 1993 emergency vehicle. No representation is made that the apparatus currently complies with NFPA standards or is suitable for continued emergency-service use. The successful bidder is responsible for evaluating the vehicle and determining its suitability for any intended purpose.
Equipment and Accessories
Unless specifically identified in this listing, loose equipment shown in photographs—including hose, nozzles, adapters, appliances, tools, radios, and other firefighting equipment—is not included in the sale. However, these items can be negotiated. Permanently mounted equipment remaining on the apparatus at pickup will be included unless otherwise noted.
All departmental identification, lettering, decals, license plates, radios, and restricted emergency equipment may be removed before the vehicle is released. Emergency lighting and siren equipment will remain installed in accordance with applicable requirements.
Inspection
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the apparatus before bidding. Inspections are available by appointment only. Bidders should not assume any condition or specification that is not expressly stated in this listing.

Terms of Sale
This apparatus is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties expressed or implied. Grand Traverse Metro Emergency Services Authority makes no guarantee regarding the vehicle’s condition, roadworthiness, pump performance, emissions compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The successful bidder is responsible for all loading, transportation, permits, registration, insurance, taxes, and associated costs. The vehicle must be removed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Pickup is by appointment only during normal business hours.
The purchaser must provide appropriate proof of insurance and transportation arrangements before the apparatus will be released. The Authority reserves the right to remove any departmental property or equipment not specifically included in the sale.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Grand Traverse Metro Emergency Services Authority may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
