This listing is for one (1) Kenmore top-freezer refrigerator. The unit is used and shows cosmetic wear from previous use including scuffs, scratches, and minor dents. The freezer door handle is broken and is not attached; the broken handle is included and is located inside the refrigerator. The freezer dose not have any racks or rack supports. The door gasket/seal on the refrigerator is damaged.
Mold is present inside the refrigerator compartment and on the door gaskets/seals. The unit was powered on and cooled when tested. Both the refrigerator and freezer cooled when tested. A thermometer placed in the freezer indicated an approximate temperature of 30°F during testing. No additional testing was performed.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance for inspections and pick up. Appointment hours are 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT
PayMac Inc, Surplus handles all payments for FCPS. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction or user will lose the auction and it will be relisted and user could possibly be banned from future auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyer Premium: A 7% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).
AUCTION DEPOSIT
Any item that goes over $500 will require a $50 bid deposit on it.
PICK-UP
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the end of the auction or user will lose the auction and payment. User may be banned from future auctions. A copy of the payment receipt/ receipt email, must be presented at the time of pick up. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm at Sideburn and Forte Center and 7:00am to 1:30pm at Woodson or Merrifield. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FCPS will not ship auctions. Winner is responsible for shipping. Auction winners are responsible for loading and hauling auctions.
