Bidders may inspect the items on April 06, 2026. A Deputy from the Iron County Sheriff’s Office will be available at Iron County Parcel Number B-1176-0011-0006 from 9 a.m. until Noon. This will be the only opportunity to inspect items in person in order to keep them secure.

Successful bidder will pay online by credit card or wire transfer within 5 business days of notice of award. All items are sold "as is, where is", with no warranty. All Sales Are Final with no refunds. All conditions are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. All items are sold as “Caveat Emptor,” or “Buyer Beware.”
No Partial Payments allowed for an auction. All auction must be paid in full.
Possession of Property
The Sheriff sale is not considered final, and the possession is not granted to successful bidder(s) until after the Sheriffs Dead has been recorded and six months following the close of the auction. This dead conveys all rights, title and interest to the property. Iron County is not liable in any way whatsoever for damage sustained to property purchased form the time of sale until the recordation of the Sheriff's Dead to purchaser.
Any personal property or equipment on the property is not part of the sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Iron County highly suggests a personal inspection prior to placing a bid. All bids are binding.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Iron County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
