This vehicle was seized in May of 2020 for an alcohol related offense. This vehicle was running at the time it was seized. Since the vehicle was seized it has sat in an outdoor storage facility.
No attempts have been made to start the vehicle but the battery is dead. The tires on the vehicle likely have to be aired up.
It is unknown if the vehicle will move under its own power and will need to be towed from the lot. No service work/repairs will be permitted on site. Please plan accordingly for removal. The vehicle comes with a title and a key.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the property will not be released.
Bid Deposits: Lakes Area Police Department may require a bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
