This vehicle was seized in November of 2021 for an alcohol related offense. This vehicle was running at the time it was seized. Since the vehicle was seized it has sat in an outdoor storage facility.
No attempts have been made to start the vehicle but the battery is dead. The tires on the vehicle likely have to be aired up.
It is unknown if the vehicle will move under its own power and will need to be towed from the lot. No service work/repairs will be permitted on site. Please plan accordingly for removal. The vehicle comes with a title and a key.

PayMac, LLC handles all payments for the Lakes Area Police Department. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
All payments will be processed through PayMac. Payment for the awarded item(s) must be received within 5 business days of auction closing. The Lakes Area Police Department does not charge sales tax.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the property will not be released.
Bid Deposits: Lakes Area Police Department may require a bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
