All Vehicle components were working normal, and engine was in running condition at time of retirement- Unit was retired in April 2025- Bobcat was retired due to age and usage limit- Has Dead Battery(s) Torn Seat - Bobcat has not been started since it got retired. Due to battery being dead City of Mesa will not try to start engine so please don't ask. May need tires to be serviced, both right tires lost their air and had to air up to reseat bead on rim.

Sale of all surplus property is as-is and where-is, without warranty. Successful bidder will be required to remit payment within five (5) business days and remove property within ten (10) business days from date of Notice of Award from Public Surplus. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making payment in full.

Buyer is responsible for paying the 8.3% sales tax over the final sell price.

A Buyers Premium of 12% will be added to the final sale price, which will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid amount.
