Skid Steer/Trailer Combination – Sold AS IS, WHERE IS

This skid steer and trailer combination is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the condition, operability, or performance of either the skid steer or trailer. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspection prior to bidding.

New Holland LS150 Skid Steer

The New Holland LS150 was removed from service due to age. As demonstrated in the video, the unit starts, runs, and drives forward and in reverse. The hydraulic functions operate.

The battery currently requires a jump-start and may require replacement.

The skid steer includes:

  • One (1) 72-inch material bucket
  • Engine HOURS - 2,325

Trailer

The trailer included with this lot is a 2018-BEHNKE-CBCT1612S. The trailer was removed from service due to age and overall condition. Rust and corrosion are present.

The trailer was previously used to transport/tow the skid steer.

Sale Conditions

Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for all inspection, loading, transportation, and removal of the equipment.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


City of Milwaukee DPW Fleet Services may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
