2013 BMW R1200 RTP purpose-built police, sport touring motorcycle. Unit is powered by a 124 hp, 1170 flat twin, fuel injected, gasoline engine and manual 6 speed transmission. Unit built at the Berlin, Germany plant. Unit has 32,188 miles, runs and drives. Unit has small scratches 360° around the unit. Paint on left side fairing removed where decal was. All police equipment was removed, leaving small holes, wires and harness’s around unit. Tires on this unit are in fair condition, the tires were replaced in March of 2025 when it was service at a dealer with roughly 28,000 miles. This unit comes with 1 key.

City of Modesto will charge applicable sales tax [8.875%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 9.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
