MPTC's Beaver Dam Campus has a mobile firefighter training burn trailer previously used in a fire protection and emergency services training program. This specialized training unit was utilized for live-fire, smoke, and firefighter training exercises and is no longer needed by the program.

The trailer features a multi-compartment interior training area, metal-lined walls and ceiling, interior doors and partitions, exterior walkway/platform areas, and other components as shown in the photographs.

The unit shows wear, discoloration, soot accumulation, and other evidence of use consistent with firefighter training applications.
