Surgical Double Ring Stands
 
This equipment is coming from our Surgical Technology program.  The program no longer needs the equipment. 
Students have used the equipment to practice the skills they are learning.  
 
Four (4) are being sold as a DUTCH AUCTION
 Interested buyers can bid on one or as many stands as they would like, with the bid price representing the "per stand" price.

This is a Dutch Auction! 

Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20, your bid amount would be $60. If you do not understand how this type of auction works, please contact Public Surplus buyer support through chat for more information and before placing a bid.

Lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers that fail to pay will be blocked and marked as default.

All items are SOLD AS-IS.
All items offered for sale are USED and MAY CONTAIN unknown mechanical/operational issues that the seller is unaware of.
 
Seller is not able to provide loading assistance.
Buyer must come fully prepared to load the items and should be prepared for any possible situation.
This includes bringing your own tools, forklifts, dollies, flatbed trailers, etc.
Items must be picked up within 10 days of winning auction.
Seller does not ship, nor deliver.

 APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PICKUPS.  SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING.  SELLER WILL NOT ASSIST.

Mountainland Technical College may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Mountainland Technical College.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.




A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
