PayMac handles all payments for North Davis Sewer District. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS AT OUR LOCATION WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction, or item will be offered to next highest bidder. and buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. Otherwise the item will be relisted, and no refund will be given.

North Davis Sewer District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Viewing and pick-up by appointment only. Please call or email to arrange for pickup. If you show up without appointment and staff is not there who runs auctions, you will be turned away. All auctions are AS-IS, WHERE-IS. We do NOT package NOR ship items. Please do not ask us to package or ship items!! Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item, District employees are not able to help.
