[ View/Ask ]Northeast Texas Community College is offering for sale a Kansas Jack Magna Rack SL automotive frame-straightening system. This is professional collision-repair equipment designed for automotive frame and structural straightening.
The system includes the frame rack, pulling towers, Kansas Jack tool/storage cabinet, and various accessories and components shown in the photos. All items included in this auction are being sold as-is, where-is. Please review all photographs carefully to determine the equipment and accessories included in the sale.
IMPORTANT – REMOVAL AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS
The successful bidder is fully responsible for ALL labor, equipment, tools, disassembly, rigging, moving, and loading necessary to remove the frame rack and associated equipment from the building.
NTCC will not dismantle, move, lift, rig, or load this equipment for the successful bidder.
The successful bidder must arrive with sufficient personnel and all necessary equipment required to safely remove and load the equipment. This may include, but is not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks, machinery skates, trailers, trucks, rigging equipment, tools, and other equipment necessary for removal.
DO NOT BID unless you have the personnel, equipment, and ability to safely remove and transport this equipment from its current location.
The successful bidder will be responsible for any damage to the building, doors, floors, walls, or other NTCC property caused during removal.
Removal must be coordinated with NTCC Plant Services and completed during an approved scheduled time.
Condition: Used – sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
Northeast Texas Community College may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Northeast Texas Community College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Northeast Texas Community College will charge a sales tax of 8%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
