This auction is for a ten panel array of solar panels mounted on two racks. This system was mounted on the old PUD building in Okanogan, commissioned in October 2003. It was working at the time of removal in 2009. See photos for marketing info that was included in the public display.

Comes with a SMA Sunny Boy SWR2500 Grid Tie Inverter and Controller. Also included is a BriteNow LED display system that tied into it. All panels are still connected to the racks.

Racks measure approximately 13 1/2 ft long x 4 1/2 ft tall x 5 1/2 ft wide, so these will need a trailer for transport.

This is a discontinued model of inverter, but you may be able to get more information from the manufacturer, SMA.

These panels are at a storage shed south of Okanogan, WA. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME FOR PICKUP, so someone can meet you at the building. There may be limited help with loading, so if you feel you need assistance, please bring someone with to help with loading.

Items must be picked up by winning bidder or third party designee.

There are local shipping stores that will pick up and mail items, but we cannot recommend one specifically. Please research on the internet and complete your transaction for shipping with that company.

By submitting a bid the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Auction Item PaymentPayment must be made within five (5) business days from time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award.

Auction Item Pickup
Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

Abandonment of Auction Item: Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.

Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.

Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County (PUD) may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for the PUD. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

The PUD will charge applicable sales tax [8.3%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. PayMac will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up. The PUD will not prepare, package or ship any item. Please be advised Auction items paid for, but not picked up within the specified time will be considered abandoned. The PUD will have the ability to re-list items designated as abandoned with no refund provided.
