- This item is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- AS-IS - We recommend viewing this auction before bidding.
- This is a big lot of POS (Point of Sale) Equipment that was used at the County Convention Center. Brands include but not limited to: Micros and Ingenico. See the pictures for equipment types and styles.
- This equipment is located at one of our offsite auction locations. If you want to view it during the auction, you must make an appointment to do so.
- The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.
- You must bring help with you if the item is unmanageable by yourself.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. Items will not be release for pickup until payment has been received and verified by the Orange County Comptroller.
The Orange County Comptroller's Office will collect sales tax of 6.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. Tax-exempt companies MUST contact the Orange County Comptroller PRIOR to making payment in order to have taxes removed, if applicable.
A Buyers Premium of 11.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Awarded items must be removed from the premises within ten (10) business days of the close of auction.
Pick-up hours are between 8AM and 3PM Mon.-Thurs. and Friday 8AM to 12PM by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up.
