"I could not find the proper plug that it should have come with to power it on. We did try a similar style plug but not sure if that provides enough wattage to power it on since it did not turn on (from what we could tell if it were running.) It's even possible that it was powered on, but it requires a key to actually turn it on and run? Likely it's one of the first two reasons than the third."
