Cloth Red Office Chairs, with arms and wheels


Please be advised that this is a Dutch Auction. Currently, Dutch Auctions are not supported by the Public Surplus Buyer's App. To bid on this auction item, please access Public Surplus through a browser to ensure that you can select the quantity you would like to bid on.

Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20 your bid amount would be $60. If you do not understand how this type of auction works, don't hesitate to contact Public Surplus buyer support on chat to discuss how these auctions work before placing a bid. A lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers who fail to pay will be blocked and marked as defaulted.

The buyer is responsible for loading, securing, and providing assistance for the loading of the item. SMUSD is not responsible for securing the load.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within seven (7) business days after notification of award. 

All items must be picked up the same day pick up is scheduled for.

San Marcos Unified School District may require a bid deposit.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for San Marcos Unified School District .

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


San Marcos Unified School District may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
