This is a Dutch Auction.  The bid price is per drum.  A total of 60 drums are available.

Auction Terms:

The winning bidder may select the desired number of drums at the final winning per-drum price. The next-highest bidders will then have the opportunity to select their desired number of remaining drums at the same winning per-drum price, continuing in descending bid order until all available drums have been allocated.

All items must be picked up by appointment only.

City of Sedona may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, handles all payments for City of Sedona. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Credit Cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after Notice of Award of the winning bid.

City of Sedona may charge sales tax of 9.85% unless otherwise noted, calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. If added, the premium will be visible during the bidding process and will be included in the payment required.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the item(s) within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The Notice of Award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up or City of Sedona will not release the item to you.
