[ View/Ask ]Available is a set of three used bucking chutes, two right hand delivery and one left hand delivery. Two chutes are connected together as one unit, with one additional separate bucking chute. Included are 8 slider gates with panels to go between to build 4 sections of lead up. The system also includes a 90-degree section used to transition from the lead-ups into the bucking chutes.
All latches, slider gates, and moving components are currently working and functional. The lead-up areas, sliders, and chutes are usable as-is.
The 90 degree unit has significant rust and will require repair, reinforcement, or refurbishment before being put back into service. Sold as used surplus equipment in current condition.
The buyer is responsible for inspection, removal, and transportation.
Must be removed by July 10th due to events happening at the fairgrounds
The items are located at the Spanish Fork City fairgrounds, arrangements will need to be made for a pick up day
** Please note: The buyer is solely responsible for all loading, shipping, transporting, and pick-ups. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist. Our municipality does not assist with any loading of any form. No loading ramps or docks are available. **

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Spanish Fork City Corp may charge applicable sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price, with a minimum charge of $1 per auction for payment collections. Certain auctions may be subject to an increased Buyer's Premium based on services requested by Spanish Fork City Corp. The applicable Buyer's Premium will be displayed at the time of bidding.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
