Removal of property required within three (3) business days from date of payment. If payment is not remitted in five (5) business days, auction will automatically go to next bidder. No property may be removed prior to making full payment. Buyer is responsible for paying the sales tax over the final sell price. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). No service of any kind will be furnished by UCSF Surplus Services.
