Buyers Premium:
A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price. Payment required within five (5) business days of the Notice of Award date. Removal of property required within three (3) business days from the date of payment. If payment is not remitted in five (5) business days, the auction will automatically go to the next bidder.
