TUBA and SOUSAPHONE
 
USED Tuba and USED Sousaphone.  HAVE NOT been tested.  The tuba's first lever and rotary valve DOES NOT work.  Both instruments come with a case and both instruments have dents.

SOLD AS-IS with no warranty. Parts/accessories may be damaged/broken/missing. We do not pack or ship any items won on the auction. Our hours of operations are Monday thru Friday 6:30 am to 2:00 pm. PLEASE CALL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP.• FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLES, BE PREPARED TO TOW IF NEED BE.
•There are various holidays that are observed. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, it is best to speak to someone in the warehouse before heading over.
Payment and pick up must occur within seven (7) calendar days after notification of award. Failure to comply may result in being blocked from all future auctions.
PLEASE NOTE: When arriving at the pick-up location, Effective immediately all visitors and auction buyers are required to check in at Walter Pownalls front office upon arrival. This procedure is being implemented to ensure the safety, security and smooth operation of our facilities.

Pinellas County Schools will charge a sales tax of 7% on some items. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s).

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. BUYER MUST REMOVE AUCTION ITEM(S) FROM SAID AGENCIES PREMISES WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF NOTIFICATION BY PUBLIC PROCESSING OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Pinellas County Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
Under no circumstances will Pinellas County Schools assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
