- This item is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- AS-IS - We recommend viewing this auction before bidding.
- This is a big lot of various IT equipment. It includes equipment used in the County's 911 system. This auction includes but not limited to: Viper 911 systems, KVM Switches, Liebert a/c units, StarTech cabinets, TripLite Server Cabinets, Chloride Power Protection Units, Object servers, Digital Voice Logging Systems, port console switches, computers, servers, block recorders/dictaphones, Spectracom Netclocks, fiber/wire ceiling mounted racks (cable rails), desks, monitors, and more. There is a fence cage with a lockable fence cage door. See the pictures. All of this is staged in one big room. There is a double door bay and loading dock attached to this building to allow for a better auction pickup experience if you are the winning bidder.

- This auction lot is staged at one of our offsite auction locations. An appointment to view the auction or to pick up the auction if you are the winning bidder is required!
- The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.
- You must bring help with you if the item is unmanageable by yourself.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. Items will not be release for pickup until payment has been received and verified by the Orange County Comptroller.
The Orange County Comptroller's Office will collect sales tax of 6.5%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. Tax-exempt companies MUST contact the Orange County Comptroller PRIOR to making payment in order to have taxes removed, if applicable.
A Buyers Premium of 11.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Awarded items must be removed from the premises within ten (10) business days of the close of auction.
Pick-up hours are between 8AM and 3PM Mon.-Thurs. and Friday 8AM to 12PM by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up.
