Cochise College cannot guarantee the condition of the property sold. The working condition is unknown despite its physical appearance.  IT products may be incomplete, parts may be missing or defective. Items may only be good for parts.  Posted pictures may not reflect missing or damaged parts.

 

NOTE: All Hard drives have been removed

Random Access Memory (RAM), Motherboards, Screens, Graphics cards, Power supplies, Input/output (I/O), peripherals, Cabling Fasteners, Fans, Screens, Lenses, and Connectors.

 

VIEWING OF AUCTION ITEM(S): By appointment only. Please see Auction Contact listed in this auction to make an appointment to view the item(s).

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. 

Pay MAC, handles all payments for Cochise College. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! 

PAYMENTS:
Payment is due within 5 business days after auction is complete. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

PROPERTY PICKUP:
Buyer must pick up auction item(s) within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.  Lots purchased must be removed in their entirety. Items abandoned or not picked up within the state time frame will revert to the Cochise College to re-sell or dispose of the property, also may result in the loss of future bidding privileges by Buyer with Cochise College.

The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released. Buyers are responsible for arranging pick up of their items. Buyer must call to make an appointment for pick up. Appointment date and time must be confirmed by Cochise College staff to be considered valid.  Please see the Auction Contact listed in this auction to schedule an appointment for pick up.

Please note, that if the buyer shows up unannounced, you could be turned away to schedule an appointment. Available Pickup hours are from Monday's from 8:30 AM to 10:00am &Friday's from 2:00 to 3:30pm except for holidays. These terms are non-negotiable

Ensure you have the necessary help, equipment and vehicles to accommodate the loading of items. Cochise College DOES NOT provide any method of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods required for removal and transport of the items.  This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of all items upon scheduled pick up. 

Cochise College does not pack, label, weigh or ship any items, nor has any type of equipment available for the help/loading of any items for shipment of auction items. Please ensure to bring help for the loading of all items.

Inspection of auction items is available by appointment only.

All payments are received and processed by PayMac, a third-party payment processing company for Cochise College. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer or credit card only.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Payment for awarded items must be received within five (5) business days following the closing of the auction.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final sale price, with a minimum charge of $1 per auction to collect payment.

Buyers are responsible for scheduling an appointment prior to picking up auction items, unless other arrangements have been made with the College Asset Manager.
Pick-up hours are as follows:
* Sierra Vista Campus or Downtown Center: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
* Douglas Campus: Mondays from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. & Fridays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
(Excluding holidays)
The successful bidder is fully responsible for the removal of all items. Cochise College does not pack, label, weigh, or ship items. No equipment or assistance is available for loading or removal of auction items.
Cochise College will accept Arizona sales tax exemption certificates only.
