A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Bid Deposits: Utah County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers. Public Processing, LLC. handles all bid deposit transactions.

Items may be inspected prior to the auction closing time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of issuance of the notice of award
Any and all taxes due on any purchased item shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to remit directly and will not be included by Utah County as part of the sale transaction.
The Buyer is responsible for all necessary packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items.
