Tires:  10/32" ALL. 10.00-20 ON FRONT, 10.00R20 REAR  
TWO WHEEL DRIVE. HOLLEY 4-BARREL CARBURETOR WITH GOVERNOR, AIR BRAKES. THE BATTERY NO LONGER HOLDS A CHARGE, THE ENGINE DID START APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO WHEN JUMPED AND THE ENGINE WAS PRIMED. THE CARBURETOR GASKETS HAVE SHRUNK WHICH CAUSES THE FUEL TO LEAK FROM THE CARBURETOR. 

THE CRANE/POLE DIGGER PORTION OF THE UNIT DOES OR DID WORK, HOWEVER, THE UNIT DID NOT PASS THE LAST CRANE SAFETY INSPECTION IN 2015. THE INSPECTION SUMMARY IS ATTACHED.

THE PRIMARY AIR BRAKE RESERVOIR TANK HAS A HOLE RUSTED THROUGH AND LEAKS AIR.

THIS VEHICLE WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED OR HAULED AWAY ON A TRAILER.

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY AS TO CONDITION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

REMEMBER WHEN BIDDING THAT A 10% BUYER'S FEE IS ADDED TO ALL AUCTION ITEMS.

Items may be inspected prior to the auction closing time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of issuance of the notice of award

Any and all taxes due on any purchased item shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to remit directly and will not be included by Utah County as part of the sale transaction.

The Buyer is responsible for all necessary packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items.
