Miscellaneous CAT/ Mercedes/ Cummins/ International Parts
 
The parts are located at 2201 Round Hill Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23464. This is also the address of the pick-up location.
Selling 14 boxes of miscellaneous parts for school bus platforms. There is a mixture of Belts, Switches, Water Pumps, Thermostats, Cooling System Components, Fan Clutches, and other misc. parts.
 
Parts will not be sold separately, only sold as a lot.
VBCPS does not ship.
The buyer is responsible for pick-up and will perform all work necessary including packing, loading and transportation of the items.
 
Auction pick up is by appointment only, no exceptions. Pickup hours are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:00am -1:00pm. All third-party pickups require an e-mailed letter of authorization from the auction winner and must be communicated prior to pick up.

PayMac, handles all payments for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days from close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items).

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) within 5 business days from the time and date of receipt of payment notification. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Virginia Beach City Public Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers. All items are offered on an AS-IS, WHERE IS basis.
