KNOWN ISSUES:  Unit will not start. Van Needs front rotors, calipers and pads. Needs new muffler. Last ran in January.  Battery has drained and will not charge.  Unit has a check engine light displayed (see photo of reader output when checked).  There are fuel lines rusting/corroding in a few places--Mechanic was stating it was going to be an issue to find replacements as those lines are not factory original, they’re spliced at multiple points with different materials.  Note dents, dings, scrapes, rust in photos indicative of overall condition.  There is quite a bit of undercarriage rust.  Not all show up clearly. WC #44

MAY HAVE OTHER UNKNOWN ISSUES THE SELLER IS UNAWARE OF.  SELLER RECOMMENDS TRAILERING VEHICLE DUE TO KNOWN ISSUES.

In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. ALL PICKUPS WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

PayMac handles all payments for Wabash Center Inc.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Wabash Center Inc will charge a sales tax of 7.0% except with vehicles. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
