Kubota BX2230D with mower deck is sold as is, with no refunds or warranty.  Winning bidder needs to pay within 24 hours of bid closing or item will be awarded to second highest bidder or relisted. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must contact school to set up a pick-up time. Please do not just show up to the School. School contact hours are 7am-11am. Monday -Friday except holidays. School contact number is 801-668-3244.  All buyers must be prepared to load/transport items by themselves. Due to liability school personnel will not help load or secure items. Buyers will need to present a driver’s license or other government-issued ID at the time of pickup that matches payment receipt. If Kubota is not picked up within 7 business days from end of auction Kubota will be awarded to second highest bidder without a refund or relisted without a refund.  This is a strict time frame. Please do not bid on an Auction if you cannot pick it up within the required time frame.

Inspection: Inspections are open on Sept 21, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Sept 22, 2026 between 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Vehicle is located at 4385 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation.
