All property is sold on an "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Solano County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. Successful bidder will be responsible for packing, loading, handling, hauling of items purchased or arranging shipping and the cost of shipping item(s) when applicable. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.

All Auctions are pick up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY - NO WALK INS!
Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance.
Appointments are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. 
Closed from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm to support other County operations. 
Appointments are 30 minutes each.

Payment is due, in full, no later than 10 business days from close of auction. Payment must be made at the time of pick up by Debit/Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay or Google Pay)

All state and local tax apply. Current sales tax is 8.375%. Buyer is responsible for the Buyer's Premium of 7.00% and shall be added to all purchases made.

Successful Buyers are solely responsible for the loading, handling, and removal of all Property awarded to them from the location identified in the auction listing. The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for removal, including packing, loading, disassembly (if required), transportation, and any related logistics.

Solano County shall have no responsibility or liability for packing, loading, lifting, disassembly, shipping, installation, warranty, maintenance, engineering changes, or technical support for any Property sold.

No assistance of any kind will be provided by Solano County staff in lifting, loading, or moving Property into a Buyer’s vehicle.
