ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS". All sales are final, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

Viewing of TAA Auction Vehicles by appointment only; viewing of other TAA Auction Materials by photograph.

Bid Deposits. Tucson Airport Authority may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Notice of Award. Successful bidders will receive a Notice of Award by email from PublicSurplus.com.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the TAA's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Tucson Airport Authority will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s). The Tucson Airport Authority will not ship.

Buyer's premium of 9.75% will be added.
