Town of Oro Valley may require a bid deposit.

***Remember - bidding is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item.

 Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for Town of Oro Valley.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! The credit card limit per transaction is $4,000.00. For payments larger a Wire Transfer is required.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Town of Oro Valley may charge applicable sales tax [8.60%]. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Abandonment of Item. Auction items that are paid and not picked up within 10 business days from time of receiving the notice of award will be considered abandoned and the agency, at its sole discretion, will either 1) retain all funds paid by Buyer and relist or dispose of items in any manner it deems in its best interests, or 2) upon receipt of a written request for refund from buyer and subsequent refund approval by agency, retain up to 40% of any amounts paid to offset administrative costs incurred by agency. Buyers who bid on any auction with the Town of Oro Valley are subject to this condition if they are unable to pick up the item(s) within the allotted time. Please be advised.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.

The Town does not attest to the authenticity of any item, bidders buy at their own risk.

There is no guarantee of value on any item, even if sold with professional appraisal. See auction terms and conditions.
